Welcome to Apex Mental Health
Accessible, personalized mental health care—virtual or in-person—designed to fit your unique needs.
Our approach
Our approach to patient care is rooted in empathy, innovation, and a deep commitment to holistic wellness. We believe that effective mental health treatment goes beyond addressing just the psychological aspects of a patient’s condition; it also considers emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. By integrating these dimensions, we aim to create a comprehensive treatment experience that fosters genuine healing and resilience. We prioritize building a trusting, collaborative relationship with each patient, understanding that everyone’s journey is unique. We are all about patient-centered care, with a focus on treating the whole person rather than just a diagnosis or set of symptoms. We view care as a true partnership—our clients are steering their care, and we are here to guide, support, and help map out the best path for their health. Together, we develop a personalized plan that reflects your values, circumstances, and goals because you should always feel in control of your care. Our goal is to empower you toward a balanced, fulfilling life—mind, body, and spirit.
Providing you a safe space to heal
All your appointments will take place conveniently from the comfort and privacy of your own home using a secure, confidential telehealth platform, or at our local office in Tigard, Or, depending on your desires or needs. During your session, our experienced Board Certified and Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will listen carefully to your concerns, assess your mental health needs, and collaborate with you to develop an effective treatment plan. Whether you're seeking medication management, therapy, or support, our goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care in a way that fits seamlessly into your busy life. Quality mental health care is at your fingertips.
Our Services
Your journey to feeling better begins with a single, powerful decision—choosing yourself.
When we meet for your initial evaluation, this is your time. Ask every question on your mind, share what's been weighing on you, and together we'll figure out what support might help—whether that's medication, therapy, or both. Sometimes, just having someone truly understand what you're going through can be the first step toward healing.
I won't give you a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, we'll explore different options together, creating a path that feels right for you. Because here's what I believe: your mental health journey works best when you feel heard, supported, and genuinely connected to the process.
You don't have to do this alone.
